Privacy & Support
These apps do not collect your personal data. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics, and no advertising. Everything you do stays on your device.
What we collect
Nothing. The apps do not connect to developer-operated backend servers, and we receive no information about you or your use of the app. Specifically, we do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, crash logs, or usage analytics.
What stays on your device
The app saves your study progress locally so it can show your accuracy and pick up where you left off. This includes which questions you answered and whether each answer was correct, questions you bookmarked, your timed-exam history, and any exam attempt that was interrupted.
This data is stored inside the app's own container on your device. It is not transmitted anywhere. You can erase all of it at any time from Settings › Reset My Progress inside the app, and it is removed completely if you delete the app. If you have iCloud device backups enabled, the data may be included in your own encrypted Apple backup, which we cannot access.
Network access
The core study features work fully offline. Network access occurs when you choose to buy or restore a purchase through Apple's App Store, or when you choose to open an external source, privacy, support, or email link in another app. We never see your payment details. Apple’s handling of App Store transactions is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy; an external website or email provider applies its own privacy terms after you choose to leave the app.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive only aggregate, anonymous sales reports from Apple — units sold and revenue by territory — which contain no information identifying any individual. To manage or cancel a subscription in an app that offers one, open Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your device. Some CertDrill apps offer only a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
Third parties
The apps contain no third-party SDKs, no analytics frameworks, no advertising networks, and no tracking technologies. No data is shared or sold, because none is collected.
Children
These are professional licensing and certification study tools intended for adults. They are not directed at children, and because we collect no data, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone of any age.
Your rights
Regulations such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, port, or delete personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to disclose or delete. The study data described above is under your sole control on your own device.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. If a future version of an app ever began collecting data, that change would be described here before it took effect.

Trademarks such as SIE are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the exam a given app helps you study for.
