These apps do not collect personal data for the developer. There is no account, sign-up, analytics, advertising, tracking, or developer backend.
What we collect
These apps do not operate developer backend servers and do not add analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, study activity, or oral recordings. Apple may process purchases and diagnostics under Apple's own privacy terms and your Apple device settings.
What stays on your device
The app saves only the local information needed for its study features. In §34a Sachkunde Szenario Lab this includes per-question attempts, points and last-attempt times, bookmarks, an optional planned exam date, and internal content-version fingerprints used to discard stale scores after an update. If you choose the oral-recording feature, the resulting audio files are stored only inside the app container, are excluded from the app's backup data, and are never uploaded to us. The app provides separate controls to delete all oral recordings and to reset all learning progress. Deleting the app also removes its container. Other CertDrill apps may save different local study fields described by their own in-app controls. If you enable Apple device backups, local progress may be included in your Apple-managed backup; the oral-recording directory is marked to be excluded. We cannot access either.
Network access and purchases
The apps work offline. Recording and playing an oral answer does not require or initiate an upload. Purchases and restores are processed by Apple. We never receive payment details. Apple's handling of transactions is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Third parties and your rights
The apps contain no third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking technologies. No data is shared or sold because none is collected. Since we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, transfer, or delete.
